The LACOSTA relationship began with this industrial manufacturer in 2002 at their production plant in Racine, Wisconsin. For eight years, LACOSTA provided general janitorial services and assisted for their maintenance department during shut downs and facility renovations.
In early 2011, the Racine plant was on track to become the largest revenue producing facility for this industrial manufacturer and new opportunities arose for LACOSTA to become a more strategic partner locally and across the country.

LACOSTA began its partnership with this pharmaceutical company in Lafayette, Indiana providing janitorial services since 2004. After six years of showing sustained cost savings of 9% year over year in their janitorial expenses, LACOSTA expanded services into other areas of their operation. Over the past five years, LACOSTA has assumed responsibility for servicing another 14 key areas of service and operations with this customer.

Paper Consumer Goods Manufacturer
LACOSTA has an extremely successful partnership with this consumer goods Manufacturer for the past 15 years when LACOSTA first began providing janitorial services for one of their manufacturing facilities in LaGrange, Georgia. The partnership has grown over the years to where LACOSTA is now responsible for managing more than 30 distinct services across five of their manufacturing facilities.

This industrial manufacturer has been a customer of LACOSTA for over 20 years. During our partnership, LACOSTA has found many efficiencies and cost savings that directly impacted their bottom line. In 2007, LACOSTA was able to reduce their janitorial spend by almost half to help get them through the Great Recession. In 2014, LACOSTA obtained over 100 production positions and helped this customer to hit their financial goals in 2015 and every year since.
