COVID-19 Customer Update from Karla & Rob JohnsonApril 3, 2020
First of all, we want to thank you for your continued partnership and trust. We understand that our services are a vital part of keeping your facility clean, safe and operational during this unprecedented time. As an essential business, your work is critical to our community and we stand shoulder to shoulder with you in this fight against COVID-19.
Even though we have previously published our COVID-19 Continuity Plan, we wanted to share with you the additional steps we are taking to reward and motivate our employees.
We continue to hear fantastic stories of how our employees are going above and beyond during this unprecedented time with the COVID-19 virus. We publicly recognize that, each day, our employees are making a decision to come to work. They come to work to keep facilities open and the production lines running at our customer sites – so our customers can make critically needed items during this crisis.
We want LACOSTA team members to continue to make that choice to help us support our customers in this fight against COVID-19. As such, we have implemented an employee bonus that is being paid to all active hourly employees as an ongoing reward and motivation.
