Reliable
performance...flexible solutions
If your company is like most, you look for three main aspects in a
painting service: a quality job, safe work practices, and
cost-effectiveness. LaCosta offers it all, plus the flexibility to work
around your schedule.
A team that manages itself
LaCosta offers unique systems for safe, reliable painting and
coating processes - taking the responsibility out of your hands.
Whether your organization specializes in
pharmaceuticals, food processing, printing, manufacturing, or needs to meet OSHA, FDA or clean room requirements, LaCosta

Standard operating
procedures assure a job well done
When you work with LaCosta, you get consistent high quality due to our
solutions-based management methodology and standard operating procedures.
Included in our standard operating procedures are
work schedules, a procedures manual, job startup sheets, a safety plan, a
field activity list, customer communication guidelines, a
quality assurance program, and more. We also
customize a set of detailed standards and
safety
procedures that are designed specifically around your facility.
Job setup makes sure no
steps are missed
Every project starts with consistent setup procedures. Using these
procedures, our team determines the job's scope and identifies
site-specific requirements. Setup procedures include:
- Reviewing the environment
- Preparing the proper tools
- Reviewing job safety requirements and hazards
- Communicating all information to the project team
If any requirements change, we issue a change order
and modify the procedures as necessary.
A team you can count on
How do you know you can count on LaCosta's painting and coating team? Rest
assured that we prescreen and hire qualified, enthusiastic personnel.
Plus, we motivate our personnel with award programs, benefits, incentives,

training orientation program with a heavy emphasis on following your
facility's safety procedures, including the use of personal
protective equipment, hazardous communication, and the proper r eporting
of accidents and material use. Refresher training continues with our
weekly Tool Box meetings, in which we review procedures and study a module
from our 52-Week Safety Training program.

our training section.
Standard quality procedures
are key
Carefully followed quality standards are critical to painting and coating
jobs. At LaCosta, we set up a Standardized Work Area Organization for
every painting and coating project. Also called a designated triage area,
it ensures that all equipment is categorized and labeled, and all
signage and barricades are properly displayed. We also perform daily
customer quality audits, and apply a 5S approach that helps minimize risks
and maximize efficiency.
